Overpriced frozen yogurt, which doesn't taste nice and the manager is very rude. The machine exploded over my body, I was covered in yogurt (all over my head, inside my collar and all over my clothes) and all she had to say was in sorry, there is nothing I can do about it, she made me pay for the yogurt in full and no one compensated me for my dry cleaning. Apart from that, the yogurt still didn't taste good at all.

RIP OFF -YooMoo Yogrut sold by weight The staff at YooMoo Frozen Yogrut just encourage you to choose any favour of yogrut and toppings without explaining how it works and how much it would cost. I ended up paying over £7!!!! for a cup of frozen yogrut!!!!! I could not beleive my ears when they said about the cost which depends on the weight!!I wanted to cancel but it was too late to cancel it so had to pay! I felt like being cheated and tricked. How do I guess the weight?????????? It absolutely Rip Off taking advantage from people don't guess the weight acuracy.

Awful service, awful product. They call natural flavour yougurt, a sweet mixture with no resemblance to yogurt or natural. The attendant or manager was rude and didn't offer any refund when I explained I couldn't have sugar. There is no clear description of the products. Sure everyone would think that natural is natural.
