This is probably the first thing you will see when you arrive in London. Cool place.

My experience was great, Mohan at the information centre at Victoria station spent time explaining the London Pass and Oyster Card. However, with any vacation there will be setbacks . My recommendation would be, just ask someone, Londoners appear closed off, until you engage them. They love their city and will share in conversation.
