Staff at Kensal Rise Costa's is really nice and helpful. Best thing is they allow dogs in the cafe which is a bonus for us as we bring our dog along all the time here at Costa .

Best popular coffee shop in London and Dubai IMO. I come here for the coffee, Tuna Sandwich, caramel shortbread and to contemplate my life.

I live nearby and visit this costa often, staff here are always nice they make my day each time. Also most importantly, they know how to make a good cup of coffee (and I'm very picky with mine).

Absolutely the best coffee! Thanks to the new management Ibolya, she really knows her coffee and her customer service is the best I ever experienced. If you want the best coffee ask for her!!! You will enjoy your coffee, and the store looks so clean and tidy. What an improvement!!!

The best place to have your morning coffee. The staff are very professional, polite and very hardworking. We are a group of friends that work in the area and this is the place we meet every morning. Thanks to all the bar staff for being so nice to us and remembering our drinks every time.
