By far the best Chinese restaurant in the area! 非常好味道。 As a Chinese HK/Beijing/Singapore family, this food is very tasty. Authentic Sichuan food with good quality meat among the popular dishes. Long may your business continue, 很快会回来吃。

TLDR; Phenomenal value with very authentic and delicious food. Super convenient location but the decor was a little unconventional. This is a gem tucked away behind the Surrey Quays overground station. The food is authentic and extremely good value. We came here for the lunch special which runs daily until 4pm. £6 for a main and drink or soup. There are many dishes to choose from. Dishes from across different regions of China are on the menu. My favourite was the beef brisket soup noodle. The broth was super flavourful and the noodles had the right amount of chew. The sweet and sour chicken was good too. However, it’s a little more vinegary and less sweet than usual. This is probably to reflect the northern Chinese style of this restaurant. The sweet and sour usually served in the UK is Cantonese styled from the south. Overall not bad. As for the restaurant itself, it doesn’t pretend to be fancy or posh. It’s authentic and good value. The decor is a little strange with graphics of Mao and his party lines everywhere.

I think in SE London this is the best value Chinese takeaway I have seen. We had their t/a food a few times now and always great portions and taste for £6.50. It actually is a nice price; like £11 or more in the central London area.

Located opposite of Surrey Quays overground station, not on the high street, easy to miss. But the dishes in this lovely Chinese restaurant are genuine, delicious and cheap. My son's favoriate restaurants. Efficient and friendly staffs too.

Great local Chinese restaurant that server very authentic dishes. I was very surprised with the quality and variety. Hard to expect to have a better experience then in China Town, but it totally is. Menu has plenty of pictures that help you enormously and prices are very friendly.
