Love this place. I work from home sometimes now, so I go there for breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks (I like to stare out the window at busy Tooting high street). Always good. Even in the morning when they are incredibly busy. And if I am going into the office, I allow a little extra time to get my takeaway.

Love my posh cheddar and pret pickle baguette when it’s in stock. Tastes so fresh and delicious. Pricey but worth it.
Store is nearly always busy as it’s located on a busy high street right opposite Tooting Broadway train station. Service is reasonably quick and staff are friendly.
Stores kept as clean as possible and staff ensure any spills are cleared up asap.

Go there daily! Have a subscription and enjoy pret. Just sometimes when busy the service is chaotic and the coffee can be average based on what barista is on

Nice staff and good tasting coffee but once the Barista gave me a very sweet tasting simple iced coffee without cream when I did order a Classic Frappe, I couldn't drink it as it was extremely sweet for my taste so I had to go back and return it. She then told me their machine is not working properly so she let me order a smoothie for free

The best part: a gift called Godfrey, Pret's very own gingerbread biscuit (because the head was broken, Lol).
It's very nice too! Very Christmassy and superb service!
I came by to get a pain aux raisins which is beautifully made and with tea, it's my idea of a mid morning break!
Excellent atmosphere with a good relaxing vibe which makes it that much more appealing.
Pret's tea like many places, has its own quality which is incomparable.
It is a nice branch which may be accessible for wheelchair bound customers but I think it is more for office staff who want a Pret's 'anything to takeaway' rather than a sit-down lunch although it is spacious and inviting.

Tea making may seem simple but the manager here should also be the trainer at HO for showing new baristas the art ir making tea. It has to be hot; flavourful and a brew you just can't put down! 🙌👍🎉 The managers here should be trainers at HO 🙌👍🎉
