Great service, knowledge, and product range, cosy store with seating & coffee machine, chess too. First visited around the time it opened 5-6'ish years ago, always had great service, always a staff member I recognise every visit. Very helpful for both beginners and advanced vape knowledge customers. Nice loyalty scheme and email receipts. Great range of vape juices and mods, also some CBD products. Loved that I can relax in the store a while too, no rush. They get busier in evenings. I was out of the country for 3 years, and I'm glad to see it still open upon returning to England.

Excellent customer service, I feel confident about the products I purchased, everything was explained. They have a wide selection of products can was slightly overwhelming as I’m new to vaping. I can an only image how great the experience being in the actual shop is. I highly recommend this place to anyone that will listen.

I would give 10 stars if I could to Babak! So helpful and nice! I ordered some liquid for pick up but could not make it to the shop on time, he delivered it to the house!! I am so pleased with the service he provides, very knowledgeable and supportive, I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended
