Had a beautiful bottomless brunch here (Bloody Mary's went down very nicely), food is great, staff are lovely, massive pub and garden and very dog friendly.

Following a review by Ty Vilmaz who complained about "old man vibes" and even "old clientele", 2 months ago, I can confirm that this is a great pub that welcomes people of all ages and, as we all grow older, I believe that we will continue to be welcome there.

We just had the most wonderful lunch at the Furzedown. The food was sensational. I had perfectly cooked beef Wellington and my husband had a delicious roast, puddings were also excellent (freshly based clementine brownies!) and the wine was excellent for the price. I will absolutely be back.
