Avanti Fulham

Visited on a Saturday after a show at the Riverside Studio. We hadn't booked anywhere, have them a call and said table available. A lovely lovely place! We were glad we came and will be returning. We had the 4 tapas starters all of which were very very good. We then had the vegetable paella which you have to give 20/30 minutes so order before. The paella was exceptional, great flavours and plenty of varied vegetables. Only regret we couldn't finish paella due to so many tapas dishes but we got a doggy bag! Staff are one of the most friendliest we have encountered in a long time.

Lovely restaurant and a great team looking after you. Always welcoming and the food is superb with an excellent choice of wine. It's easy to see why it is always busy. Whenever I'm in Hammersmith it's a must do and I have never been disappointed, there are not many restaurants where provided you have no dietary restrictions you could close your eyes and pick randomly and not be disappointed.

Cute cosy restaurant situated opposite Charing Cross hospital on Fulham Palace Road. Ordered a pizza with mushrooms, truffles, mozzarella and Parmesan shavings. I did not have to wait long and the pizza arrived already cut into various slices , just in case you don't want to cut the pizza yourself 😉 along with the pizza I had a very chilled Moretti beer. I then had a delicious 'crema catalana' it was really delicious, I just wish the sugar on top if it was a bit more crunchy, maybe next time it should be flamed a bit more. The ambience of the restaurant makes you feel you're in Spain or Italy. The menu has both Spanish tapas and paella dishes which looked lovely but you need to be in two as they are sharing plates (I was on my own) and Italian dishes, mainly pizzas. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. I paid £21.90, something to bear in mind, the service charge is not included in the bill and I rounded it up to £25. I'll definitely be back to try the Spanish dishes and definitely recommend this restaurant!! Yummy pizza and delicious dessert!!
