Pret A Manger

I realised that I have left my scarf that my husband gave me. I was devostated and called the shop. Miss R picked up a call and she looked at thoroughly but could not find ut. I could not give up and retuned to the shop. The staffs are genuinely concirned and try to help but could not find my scarf. I went outside and with lost hope. R came out and informed me that she might have found my scarf. Yes it was in the rubbish bin and she extracted it from the bottom of the bin. I will never forget her kindness and Blue Hair💎🙏💙

I was there today in the late afternoon for a very late light lunch. At first I was disappointed by another customer who jumped the queue (cuz I was so hungry). The very kind gentleman who served me at the counter noticed my disappointment, and gave me a free croissant to cheer me up. I didn’t expect that at all and was so impressed! Big thumbs up for the excellent service. This is the best Pret I have ever been to, thanks for making my day!
