The food is okay for mucky D's, but the service is pretty bad because they are soooo busy. There is no atmosphere, it's simply there for convenience.

4 stars because the order was quick and correct, except they gave my wife a spicy mcchicken when she wanted a regular one. As with most things in London, the food was just meh because it had almost no flavor. Fries were okay, nuggets were alright. Their spicy chicken is actually spicy, which is a major plus.

I sometimes stop by on my way to work to get breakfast and coffee and I'm always happy with the quality of service here at Waterloo. Very fast service. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The atmosphere is not that amazing but you are not really supposed to sit and dine, it's more on the go.

Best Mcdonalds ive had for a long time, Chips spot on, Big Mac picture prefect, service very quick.

A very clean restaurant. Indeed, the cleaning staff are very alert and good. Food is standard for McDonalds, but the service does not seem as fast as other branches.

Food is usual mcd fare. Always queues but they serve quickly. No seats but the counter for standing usually has space to put your food down somewhere.

This branch is a little old school, having to queue up to the counters, it caught me off guard at first as I was looking for the screens to order. The staff were pleasant and the orders were completed relatively quickly, arguably quicker than most. The only downside is that it can get a bit hot waiting for food at the counter due to the proximity to the kitchen. Otherwise, the food is good, it's McDonald's so it's as expected.

Really enjoyed our experience when ordering in between trains. The staff are always smiling and extremely friendly. In particular Kari served us really well. It’s nice to see a happy face!

It was very clean, one of the quickest takeaways in McDonald’s compare to the self checkout machines. You order at the counters, and the staff somehow remembers you and call you for your order. We went there around 10pm, the service were quick, food was good.

This place is often very busy and staff here works really, really hard. It is one of my favourite McDolanda in London as we always have very customised orders, and they never get it wrong but the delivery is very fast. We'll done to the team.
