Subway

Been here. Decent staff, friendly and don't get funny when I ask for the works with extra gherkins. Saw the video of one of the staff members getting abused by some nitwit for removing bacon from a sandwich after it fell in the cheese container. Hope the member of staff is ok, he did nothing wrong. I work around the corner and we normally get our food from Pret in bulk, we'll be switching to you guys.

This place is the best Subway store out of all the ones I have visited (and believe me I've been to them all), when it come to speed and service the staff are brilliant. The employee that stands out the most in the team is 'Rafi' not sure if he is the assistant store manager or manager, he acknowledges everyone and seems to remember their preference from prior visits too. Which is the reason why I'm a repeat customer. I even drive all the way from marble arch at times just to grab a quick lunch. I know it sounds crazy but he is that good. There is one thing I must mention though the store is small like most Subway stores and the entrance door needs fixing especially when it's freezing outside.
