I visited Break The Fast London recently, and it was a delightful experience. Despite a short wait in line outside, the overall experience was well worth it. The venue had a simple decor, but the food and drinks were exceptional. We enjoyed a The Full House but were tempted by various other dishes on the menu. Either way, I don't think you could make a wrong choice. The rum punch was a particular my highlight of our visit, and I would gladly return if the opportunity arises. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere and good vibes.

Brought my very particular friend with me on my second visit. Again food was tasty, filling and service was excellent ( with a smile) My friend was impressed and is planning on being a local regular customer. Had breakfast at 10.30am and its 16.00pm now still not hungry!! Love this spot hope they expand.

Delicious brunch with a Carribbean twist. I had the shakshuka which was really well seasoned and went brilliantly with the sweet fried plantain that came with it, alongside good sourdough toast & sliced avocado. It was a generous portion for £10.
Service was friendly too. It's walk-ins only and sometimes has a bit of a queue, but worth a little wait!

The food was incredible 😋. Flavoursome and delicious. Good drinks, and I enjoyed the coffee a lot. The service let them down a bit, but it could be because they were quite busy.
The venue they use appears to be a rented space, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but there is some visible up keep required in the venue. However, it did not put me off. I would visit again. It has a really chill vibe as well.

Food was good mistakenly ordered an extra meal. If the waitress had read the entire Oder out we would have realised the error. Would visit again

Opened on time with a small queue of 5 people
We were greeted with smiles and joyful music playing inside.
Easy menu to navigate ordered quickly food arrived with good timing,perfect temperature and attentive waiting staff.
Had the Irish cream in my hot chocolate along with “the works” meal I chose French toast it was made to perfection everything on the plate was Devine.
Extremely happy with service, food, atmosphere service charge was low was happy to pay it and left a tip for the outstanding service.
Came highly Recommended to myself will make sure I tell others to go! Defo a hidden gem in Catford we need you open 5/7days a week 2 is just not enough!
When we left there was a massive queue out the door of around 20/25 people wow!

So glad we have found this place! The food was amazing, the menu was different to the usual brunch selection, I think I have found my new favourite hash browns in London and the staff were amazing. Will definitely be back.

I love this place, great food and all served with a smile. If you haven’t yet tried you need to, you won’t be disappointed. I recommend the French Toast and the Irish coffee full works both are made with love. Full 5 ⭐️.

We had lovely brunch here! Food was very tasty and good portion. Rum punch was fantastic. Strong and sweet! My food looks exactly the same as on the website and pictures which I appreciate. A lot of the time restaurants only make their plates look nice for photos but every plate had great presentation and taste great. Hoping for them to get a bigger place to accommodate the demand they have. Will deffo go back.
Well done guys! Only giving 4 star out of 5 due to the front door not being as accessible for wheelchair etc.

We were really pleased as there was not a queue when arrived. We had about 5 minute wait well our seating was arranged.
The service was quick and they suggested we wait for all the party to arrive so the food will come out the same time.
Plenty of staff to assist with the orders. Great atmosphere situated to sole diners, couples or groups.
The only down side was I ordered a herbal team and was expecting it in a large cup it arrived in the same size as a tea or coffee. I would have liked a pot of water.
The food arrived hot and was well presented and tasty.
Would highly recommend. Only opens on Saturday and Sundays until 16.00.
