A fantastic restaurant with a different. A very unique menu which is delightful. Each dish is crafted beautifully, has a fun name and described in detail. There is two floors, seating around 80 people, so ideal for big or small groups. The Manager Hussain is a gentleman, he understands service very well. We were served by Yasmin and Norshin who were so alert and smiley. The whole decor is spectacular. The lighting, seating, tables, wall displays. It is a great night out. Go and enjoy it. Me & the mrs came for a quick meal after work. A tiny weeny bit pricer than normal place but still decent for the quality of food and portions. Only thing I found was strange was me and the mrs wanted to sit in one of the booth at the end, but they didn’t allow us to sit there when half the restaurant was empty. Apart from that food was decent.

Hidden gem in Dalston!! We came across this restaurant by accident. It was an escape from the chaos of the high street. The amazing friendly staff when you enter is a breathe of fresh air. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful! I ordered the goat rice and peas with friend plantain which very tasty and flavourful. My son ordered the Jambalaya which he absolutely loved. What a wonderful wonderful wonderful restaurant!!

came here with two friends to break our fast after recomendation from a friend who was with us their. right off the batt. I have never seen customer service this friendly welcoming and kind in my life in any restaurant in london it was literally geniune customer service from the heart almost felt like i was invited toa friends and not eating ata restaruant. next the lamb chops when I tell you I could sit their and only eat lamb chops for the durations of my stay thats what I would. yes expensive but worth every penny. the tacos my best experiance of eating tacos meat was right tortilas were right had the crisp had the flavour. the choice on the menu was intense with unique names for dishes gave it that extra buzz. I had the bread with meatinside and the meatwas tender as can be bread tssted like it was just baked then. the drinks amazing skill and artistry with the mocktails and decent amount of drink in the cup. the wings were tender. jolof rice was just right and the plantain done just right. if i could give more stars I would im defonatley comming back.

It was my uncle's birthday and I wanted to find a nice place to eat, I was recommended by a friend to go and try out the restaurant Africana. I must say what an excellent decision it was Togo to africana and dine in. The Food was so fresh and packed with flavour ,the chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection , the rice was mouth watering . The food and presentation was excellent , The customer service was on a different level 10/10. The person who took our orders was called Ryan, I must say what great customer service / people skills he has. He made sure we were well catered for. Thank you so much Ryan and the whole team, you made it a great birthday for my uncle and family members . Many thanks , will definitely be going again and again and again. 👌 Thank you team Africana .
