Good stop for a quick pre-gig meal. Friendly service, nice music, has been totally empty the couple times I’ve been there & the food won’t blow your mind for the price, but it’s a solid option.

Hello today I change shop after i train in gym with my friend , after the sessions the day was warm we get into Poke Island and had some bowls of rice .
Food for fresh and tasty .

Island Poke is I reckon the best poke chain in London. My visit to this particular branch was a bit strange though. I queried the calories on the menu (I think it wasn't obvious whether the default calorie count for one of the standard bowls included one of the rice options by default or not) and the person who served me told me the calorie counts were all made up and that the government were overstepping by making calorie counts on menus mandatory in some cases. So that was strange but the bowl was good 👍

My first time visiting a branch of Island Poke. Both staff working were really helpful recommending options and I wasn’t disappointed. The tuna was incredibly fresh and the portion sizes are fantastic. 100% a new lunch time destination.

Very tasty indeed, nice rich flavour on chicken miso broth. Good portion size on bowl (although I got extra protein like a lad). Good sauce selection. Banging tunes too - Eddie and Hamza are heroes.

Went here for the first time tonight, and to be honest I had no expectations after reading the reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised, the place was clean, the food fresh and delicious. Just as importantly, the staff (whose names I asked ), Eddie and Steve, were super, super friendly and professional. Steve who was serving, was a delight to deal with. Not sure why the reviews here were not all positive if tonight was anything to go by. Highly recommend.
