We are regulars to this brunch because of the people working here! They offer the best service off all! Nico the barista is awesome , he makes the best hot chocolate in the world, not to mention his Emergiser smoothie! ! Abi is the most accommodating, smiling and efficient and Sami Ahmed is the cherry on the cake, he is the sweetest, coolest, kindest, helpful, efficient server I ever met in my life! Thank you guys for making our afternoons so warm and cosy!

EL & N at Lowndes Steeet is the best option you can get in terms of atmosphere, drinks and food in London! The location is outstanding, with an enormous open space overlooking the square, beautifully decorated. Amazing coffee, best hot chocolate in town, super healthy salads and snacks and delicious sweets! The quality is beyond measure. But above all, the service is crazy good, very friendly, fast and always with a big smile! Abi, Sami and Nico are amazing, running the place so smoothly, although it’s very busy all day. Highly recommend it any time of the day!

This place was amazing. Food was incredible, but too much chilli oil for me Friendly etc Loved my drink! I only add, I wish the "service charge" was just added to the price of the food as its just annoying when you have to sit and do maths to work out the actual price your order will be. I'm just getting annoyed with this generally. It feels like America, where you get to thr till and they add tax so you had no idea the price in advance. Yes, this is now the same everywhere, but that's why it's getting annoying. I preferred adding my own choice for "tips"

Recently visited with a friend who she looooves pink, so I brought her here…and she was NOT disappointed 😆⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✅ ☪️ Everything is HALAL💜 (Actually, the whole franchise is Halal)⁣⁣ ✅ Good value for money! 💰 £45 for 2 floral afternoon tea, with refillable drinks/coffee?? Yes, please! Food is okay, not terrible, but not outstanding either.⁣⁣ ✅ The decor is amazing, I didn’t expect to get the best table but I can see this being requested for birthdays/ bachelorette parties 💖 ⁣⁣ I docked one star because the service became very slow at lunch time and we had to wait for a long time as we were downstairs and tucked away out of sight.

Bright little spot that attracted our sweet tooth. Fair amount of space and seating both inside and outside. When we stopped by later in the evening, most people were still sitting outside even in the cold. There is a very nice selection of cakes, cookies, etc. and coffees teas etc. Prices seemed fair. This is a VERY pink place. Decorative pink ambiance as you will see from the pictures. No complaints about the sweets!
