Iro Sushi Eltham

Iro sushi eltham is the best of the whole chain of iro sushi restaurants, we have tried different ones when not at home and to be honest wasn’t as good as the eltham branch Recently order from the dartford iro sushi and asked for refund as was terrible but we buy from iro sushi eltham every week and the sushi rice is fresh, fish taste amazing the poke bawls are delicious so hopefully other iro sushi branches learn their way and don’t have to drive to eltham every time I want sushi !!!

Can I say, I really felt for you guys when we came to collect our order. A swarm of deliveroo/Uber drivers swarmed the place and kept on shooting questions and numbers at you without respite. Well done for keeping up under pressure!! And the sushi is very good - very fresh. If you’re a local customer just come and collect like we do!

Yesterday uber did not deliver our order. On the app it said it was completed but we never received the food. We called the restaurant and they managed to sort it out very quickly. I am very grateful. You have showed empathy, patience and understanding which is not always easy to find in a business. We loved the food and although we live a bit far, we always order from you. Thanks!

boy, oh boy do I have a lot to say about YOU, Iro Sushi Eltham..... First of all, I wasn't planning on writing in such a negative tone as I'm already fighting enough of my own battles, but this one's worth it, I suppose. I have been a happy customer from iro Sushi for MONTHS, but today my happiness came to an abrupt end when I opened my bags of "sushi". The sushi looked as is it had been tumbled around in the laundrette! Should salmon have red bits? Maybe it was bleeding from the battering it clearly endured on its journey to my abode. I've never seen a tuna maki roll... completely unrolled.... Two stars for creativity, but unfortunately this isn't an art contest :( If I had to choose between plucking out each of my teeth, or ordering this sushi again, I would be eating soft food for weeks... but that's because i'm 86! I would probably order this again. Haha joking! so good :)
