One Zo Notting Hill

Wow this is the best bubble tea I have ever had in London. Anyone interested to franchise can consider this place. We need more of ONE ZO in London!!! staff is very friendly and explained all the drinks to me patiently. The taste is so fragrant. Many kinds of pearls flavour for customers to choose from. My favorite is the brown sugar. They change pearls flavour every time I visit

Love love love! Onezo has always been my favorite all around the world. The consistency of the bubble is best and the taste of their milk teas are great. I was surprised that London one has a taro paste version (they have the powder one too) and their taro paste milk tea is the best! Also loved their bubble waffle Hong Kong style waffle), sweet but not too much and very crunchy yet sweet. The staff are attentive and friendly. It's a quick takeaway spot, not for sitting in, quick cute and clean.

I bought bubble tea here a few times and I really enjoyed different boba types. OneZo is probably the only chain in London that does its own handcrafted boba with various flavors. Their boba is always fresh and delicious! Drinks were also lovely, although some types tasted too artificial for me (pomegranate honey lemon royal tea, for example). But taro paste milk tea here is one of the best I have ever had. There are also so many drinks I want to try next! The last time was a bit disappointing, though, because I ordered a tea with triple boba and said the exact flavors I wanted from the menu. But neither was I told if that was not possible to choose flavors, nor was I given the types I wanted. My chosen flavours were not written on the label as well. I don't want to suppose that you don't care about your customers :(

Cute new bubble tea store in Notting Hill. They offer a variety of hot & cold bubble teas and sell bubble waffles. I asked for no sugar in my milk tea but I think the tapioca was in a sugar syrup, and I found that it made the drink quite sweet even though there was no sugar in the milk tea. Other than the tapioca being a bit too sweet for my liking, the milk tea was nice and the tapioca was soft & chewy with a good texture. I got the Taro bubble waffle, which I really enjoyed; it was very tasty & easy to eat as each ‘bubble’ snaps off/is a perfect bite. Deducting 1 star because there is no in-store seating or tables (they could add a table against the window with bar style seating facing out to the street), the tea was too sweet for my liking and there wasn’t enough topping options for the bubble waffles. After I ordered, I noticed biscoff jars behind the counter, but strangely it wasn’t listed anywhere on the menu.
