Just witnessed a staff member get racially abused by some mug who left his bike in front of the food shelf and then another guy steal food and the staff did nothing. Welcome to Shepherds Bush…….It must be a great working environment!

Greggs Shepherd's Bush Underground Station, recently opened in May 2023. Excellent location within the underground station, making it very convenient to pick your favourite on the go. It can get busy during peak times but the staff are very helpful and efficient.

I visited the bakery in Purley I ordered sandwiches and drinks and had the bread and butter pudding because I hadn't eaten this for ages they used to be around the corner now they are in a new place handy for the buses and other shops The staff very friendly and will visit there again

Stable menu a long the years. The prices are getting higher but still affordable.

The older guy who served us was really polite, was told 10mins for bakes ended up waiting alot longer, the shop was clean and the display cabinets were really clean compared to other greggs we've been to this week for a lunch.
