Great service and amazing food! The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. The desserts were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A perfect spot for quality treats and excellent customer care. Highly recommended!
Don’t exactly know what kind of training they are giving to the staff at this branch but the customer service is literally non existent . Came in to order a click and collect using the 2 for 1 Wednesday offer / promo. It said the code was …
I normally dont give review but wow great staff well trained and fast in service food was on point. Clean and tidy place smell nice in the shop too. Overall 5 stars to all but 6 stars to service and staff. :)
Excellent customer service, very fast preparation of dine-in orders, super kid-friendly, very clean branch and wonderfully polite and helpful staff members! Uzma was amazing, the food and drink were delicious and they had a fantastic location-specific range which was perfect for us! Definitely going there again!
