It was an exceptional experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the food – it was undeniably delicious and incredibly diverse. What truly set this dining experience apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was not only attentive but also genuinely friendly. In particular, Ionut and Andreea deserve special recognition for going above and beyond in terms of customer care. They were incredibly helpful in assisting us in choosing the best dishes for our small kids, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions. It's not every day that you find servers who are so considerate and understanding.

We had an amazing time at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Stratford where Elondi is located, the bartender Georgie and bar Manager Ionut were fabulous, all the service staff was very good but we dealt mostly with Georgie and Ionut, definitely be back when we're in Stratford, came from the US, the hotel and the restaurant gave us a great experience.
