El Pollo Imperial

The food was terrible, no flavor and not as advertised. The Stuffed Potato had no raisins or onions, only two salty olives and a boiled egg! The Vainaitas El Pollo had no flavor as well. The people who prepared this food, would you eat it? Very disappointed and it was expensive at that! Food delivery on time, that was good!

I got canned green beans for $70. I ordered 3 dishes and 3 drinks for the $70 total but all I can think of are the soggy flavorless canned green beans I got. People, we’ve been loyal clients for years. I’ve ordered this dish several times. NEVER has it been this low quality. The other 2 dishes were a 2-3 star and the bread (which is everyone’s favorite) was hard as a rock. I drove all the way home to open this disappointment and just threw it in the trash. I should’ve gone back but after a long day, which is why one buys dinner, I had no energy. Inflation is hurting small businesses, I’m in finance I get it. But the quality of your food should never waver especially when everyone is spending their dollars meticulously. Do better for the next client. We will not be returning.

DONT EAT HERE ITS DISGUSTING!!!! we orderd food to go the food didnt have any tast and to make matters worse the bread was hard and to top it off there was a dried dead ROACH ON THE BREAD !!! SOO Gross i cant believe they havent got shut down yet and ppl keep eating here so nasty i even called to tell the man that took our order sooo Rude andhe told me okay so what do u want me to do about it and i was shocked by how much he cared he didnt give 2 Fs about it hes lucky i didnt call a health inspector but ppl please if u do eat here check ur food i dont recommend eat at ur own risk here

First time here and I found the food to be really flavorful. From the outside, it looked quite small but I was impressed. The flavor was really good and the staff really nice. I ordered the lomo saltado which was a large portion. It also included their chicken soup and some rolls. The green sauce was dynamic and tasted great with the meal. Seating can feel small inside. There is a small parking lot but it was full during the lunch hour and I parked in the residential neighborhood behind it. They accept credit card and also have lunch specials Monday thru Fridays except holidays.
