Chili's

Went here for an early New Years Eve drink. Bartender was friendly and accomodating. His personality brought a comfortable vibe to the place. His name is Ruddy. I ordered a drink called Tito's Punch ( without the pineapple), my husband ordered the Smokehouse Combo. My drink was awesome. My husband who is a home cook enjoyed his meal as well.

There's something special about the word human kindness, we had a wonderful Server named Kat. After eating our meal we didn't think about getting the cake but my mom loves chocolate cake so I thought to myself why not. The server didn't know but this was a very special birthday my mom just beat breast cancer and is having her last radiation treatments. You wouldn't believe it she came out with a beautiful soft chocolate cake with candles. We must have literally cried to see the Joy on my mom's face ...something so simple that so much to us. Thank you for making her birthday so special 💗 Kat! I really appreciate you!

Worst take out experience. Chilis doesn't make mistakes often or usually take 45 minutes for a to go order at 6pm on a Wednesday. 4 out of the 8 meals were incorrect, now we're standing here waiting. The to go hostess doesn't know the words thank you very well either. She actually tried to argue about the menu item being the right one when clearly the chicken crispers have 4 different options now. Mainly crispy or original. You have to pay for parking, even if you get it validated, which Chili's won't do since their machine broke a year ago and just directs people to other restaurants for validations. All and all, I'll drive farther to go to a better chili's. This management needs to take a moment and train people. Stop with the excuses and train.

I when to eat on Friday night with my boyfriend, we had such a bad experience our waiter was rude and disrespectful he was wearing AirPods while taking our order and he would ask the same things about our order cause he wasn’t actually paying attention to us, of course we waited a long time for our food, my boyfriend got a hamburger which was burned and for my order I asked for flour tortillas and he brought corn and we kindly ask him for flour instead and when he brought them he threw them on the table and said “there’s that” and walked away, we also had asked him for ranch which he never brought and plastic utensils cause the silverware he brought was dirty and ofc he didn’t bring it my boyfriend had to get up and go ask for it if I’m not wrong his name was davin. It just was such a bad experience…

The food took forever to get, upon watching I understand better why the higher ups aren't working managers lots of workers just standing around on their phone. The bartender made the best drinks but had very little help with no bar backs. Hire some people who will work I wish I got the names of the three who were trying to make it happen that night.
