P.f. Chang's

The restaurant is right next to the pier and walk way. The food is decent and the service is great. There is no self parking after 4pm and you will have to do valet. The restaurant will validate so the parking can be really cheap. This is a great family restaurant and it's a handicap friendly facility.

An absolutely delightful experience. PF Chang's is one of the best restaurant chains I have found to have a full understanding of gluten intolerant people's needs. This location This is the best I've been to by far. Our servers were incredible, the hostess's warm and welcoming. Even in the middle of an extremely busy Friday night, with no doubt short staff due to the pandemic, we never felt neglected. There was careful attention paid not just to our order but to everyone at the table. Can't wait to visit again.

Worse service ever. Drinks were sour very bitter. Took forever to get anything. No napkins or menu were given when seated. Pork fried rice had no flavor. Tea got cold due to the amount of time it took for cups and sugar. We asked for water and didn't get it till the 3rd time asked. The wait for food, drinks, anything took very very long. We didn't have drinks as we were eating or when we asked for refills. Will never go again. Our bill was over $200 and I can't stop saying how bad service was.

Main dishes and service were great. Lettuce in the Cesar salad was still frozen otherwise all the food was delicious. The space was visibly dirty, food on the floor, under some tables, the mirrors lining the wall had hand marks and very visible smudges. We asked for to go boxes and thought that the staff was going to take the food and place it in the boxes for us, other tables had received this service, nope they left the boxes for us to fill ourselves. Not an issue... but some consistency on the services provided would be professional. Had asked for paper napkins... never received them.

The location is great, the service was great, the food tasted great. I took one star away because part of my rice was either burnt, under cooked or dried out. I got a few clumps that I couldn't chew. I didn't let the staff know because I had plenty of food, and I'm sure they would have taken care of it.

I visited the Long Beach P.F. Chang's last evening on a date with my boyfriend and was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service, the quality of the food and the comfortable atmosphere. The setting was romantic, the lights were dimmed and we were escorted to a comfortable booth. Our server Andre was very accommodating, courteous and very helpful selecting our main entrees and drinks. I had previously, had a really bad experience in Las Vegas at the P.F. Chang's and nervous about patronizing the chain. But i had been provided a few gift cards and since it had been a while since the Vegas incident, i inquired if I could use the gift cards. I asked our server Andre and he welcomed them and our final transaction went very smoothly! I believe from this pleasant experience at P.F. Chang Long Beach, I have reconsidered my patronage. Thank you Andre for providing extraordinary Customer Service-something very important to us.
