Revive Juice Bar

This place has poor management written all over it. The service takes forever, not very clean, and the straws blow. I mean really, spend the money on better straws, I can feel the cheap/poor decision with every sip that won't completely flow through. The service took maybe 20-25 min. Basically because there was only one employee. When 3 people are here it becomes too busy. Their only saving grace was the one employee, she was working so hard and was so nice. I couldn't get upset at the situation because she was doing her best and working hard, the lack of scheduling and cheap decisions made this place a #stayaway. ... and the smoothie wasn't good.... arg.

I love this juice bar! Assumably family-owned, this small business does have issues mentioned below: egregiously long wait times for smoothies, frequent substitution of ingredients they ran out of, inconsistent store hours. However, the actual product is always delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly. This is the perfect place to go on a weekend morning alone, enjoy a podcast while you wait, and then indulge in the generous portions and sweet treat!

Good juices and bowls but the service sucks and literally every time I come here there is a problem "just letting you know that...". Takes at least 10 minutes for a smoothie, but I've been waiting for longer than 30 minutes before. Poor staff seem to always be working alone. I have smoothies and bowls all of the world for work, and this place is easily the worst in terms of service.

This used to be a great place with hardworking staff. I’ve always talked up they’re delicious product to everyone who asks me. Now it seems every time I come in there’s a new moody girl working with poor customer service skills, zero product knowledge and very reluctant to even make a drink for me. The management is poor, and they’re very dismissive to their customers. Products are overpriced given the poor service you get, Cold and unwelcoming environment. This may seem harsh but I’ve been going there since they opened and it seems like every time I leave feeling like I’ve wasted their time and my money.
