Pig Pen Delicacy

I had the macdaddy burger and the elite nachos. Both were really good. The Mac and cheese was a little bland in flavor but the crunchy Ness from the fried breadcrumbs made up for it. The large size portion of the tots is enough to serve 2-3 people. Limited parking in the area especially when busy for lunch or events.

This gem is located in steel craft. Twas our first time there, and we must have came at a good time, because as we were waiting for our order, it seemed as if it was their lunch rush. I got the veggie burger no feta cheese, my bf had the shroom around burger and we shared this mac n' cheese fries that was topped with bacon and hot cheetos! Yummmm! The veggie burger was delicious! I honestly couldn't tell it was a veggie patty. Also, those mac n' cheese fries were too die for! But next time, for my preference probably get it without bacon. Haha. Amazing food, love the vibe and the prices are great!

Located within SteelCraft, Pig Pen boasts southern flair food fair. Served here are burgers and burger variations, a pulled pork sandwich and other assortments of fries and taters. I walk up to the window, order my food and of I go. The service was quick and pleasant. About 10 min later I receive my food. Large Buffalo tacho taters and a cheeseburger. Although the cheeseburger ( about $7) was 1/3 lb, it still felt smaller than other 1/3 lb Burgers I've eaten before. The meat was higher quality, ingredients (one tomato alive and lettuce) were quality, but the overall taste itself was just fair in my opinion. A disappointment for myself were the Buffalo totchoes tater tots. Not sure if it was the large size I ordered (about $6.50) but looked as if someone just sprinkled some feta cheese and buffalo sauce. With none of that reaching the bottom of the bowl. My friends ordered the small order and everything was mixed so there was feta cheese and Buffalo sauce on every bite. Guess it wasn't really consistent from worker to worker. Maybe next time they can actually toss the totchoes to cover them instead of placing them on top. I felt like the $15 wasn't that well spent for me for a cheeseburger and tater tots. Since it's close to work I might have to give Pig Pen one more try to see if anything is different.

Cool little spot that is pet friendly. The burgers are seasoned and cooked perfectly. Had to try the MacDaddy burger (fried mac n cheese patties for buns). Also tried the maple bacon jam burger which was surprisingly good. I thought it would be too sweet, but it was perfect. Would love to come back here again and try their tots.

This place is situated in Bixby Knolls in a very hip and modern installation. The atmosphere in that place is very nice and the availability of multiple restaurants in the area will guarantee to please the different taste budds. As for the restraurant we got the mushroom burger and it was fantastic. The aroma from it filled my nose and gave me a great idea of the delicous flavor. the mac and cheese burger was not as great. Very greasy and lacks some acidity to cut through it. Also the mac and cheese bun needs additional flavoring to round up the flavors
