La Concha Mexican & Seafood Restauarant

Delicious salsa, a wonderful blend of heat and flavor, served with light and thin chips. The carne Assada taco was really nice, small chunks of meat, soft and tasty. The ceviche was really good, I ordered a combo fish and shrimp, light, nice clean and light flavor. If you in the area definitely check it out.

Wow, small place, but it packs a punch. The service was phenomenal, the food (torta ahogada de carne asada) was delicious. Made it with the right bread that doesn't fall apart, but soaks in all the juices of the sauce and meat. The michelada was big and refreshing. Definitely an all around awesome place to come eat some great Mexican food. I'm coming back often.

what do you have lunch at La Concha and order the mojarra Frita de Ajo. there's plenty of seating with beautiful paintings of Mexico and a large mural painting in the center of the room and there are TVs that are playing the latest soccer game. the menu is very nice with a lot of selection. I ordered the mojarra Frita de Ajo and it came out well cooked and well seasoned it was a beautiful fish that was served along flour tortillas. there was plenty of white meat on the fish and I was very happy with it. I was very unhappy with the rice and beans because they were cold or they just seemed like an afterthought and didn't really care about the quality. the chips and salsa they brought out we're very good. the salsa was on the hot side but accompanied well with the Coronas that I ordered. the restaurant is very inconspicuous and there is a small parking lot and it doesn't seem like much on the outside but what you go inside it actually is a very nice restaurant I would like to go again and try the things but I am disappointed in the rice and beans and I hope management sees this and fixes that problem. the prices were very good for what you get.
