Jersey Mike's Subs

I had a regular turkey, provolone and bacon the Mike's way on rosemary parmesan bread and it was just ok and somewhat bland. Mike's seem like the fastfood of sandwiches. If I'm going to spend $13 on a sandwich I rather go somewhere with gourmet sandwich choices. Not a big fan. Saving grace was the bread even though that was bland too.

I stopped in this location on April 7 after picking up my husband from the airport. Canes was busy, Chick fila was busy. We wanted a quick bite to eat. We arrived at Jimmy John's and they had just locked their doors they closed at 8. We then found Jersey Mikes and the sign on the window says it's open until 9! We walked in and all the chairs were on top of the tables. We asked if they were open. The employee said only for take out. So we were hungry and could not take it home, as home was 1 hour away, in Chino and did not want to eat in the car. Pretty disappointed and let down. They signage on the door and internet should state you don't have dine in.

There is a decent amount of seating with tables. The customer service is on point (in my experience). The Beef & Provolone Cold Sub is tasty (though more so due to the oil and vinegar than itself alone). I like eating juicier than dry or bloody meat. The Giant Sub is a decent deal between four friends looking to get a decent protein portion for a meal ($4.00 each person). Otherwise, keep an open eye for deals and, if you're thinking long term, hit up a grocery store to compare cold cut, bread, etc. prices.

Went to this place forgot my mask and asked if they had one I can have , I watch the girl ( didn't get her name) go to the back pull one from the storage rack not out of a box or plastic bag(cover) she then hands me it and its a straight up used one. It was bent at the nose and opened up I asked her to confirm if it was new she said yeah . That was pretty nasty I didn't put it on . The food usually is good service sucked and the cherry on top was they offered me a used mask . Thus branch should have a eye kept on it . Thank you for reading that is my experience

Great service in store and great food of good quality, however their pickup orders are too slow. I ordered on my phone and arrived at an empty store for pickup, and they didn't even start my sandwich till after I got in store and asked about my pickup then they finally realized they had pickup orders...disappointing. UPDATE 7-7-22: Service is still good in store, the new workers still need training to make sure there is enough toppings on the sandwiches though, i ordered a giant size and only got enough toppings for 3/4s of it, but its ok. I'll still be back again, hopefully the newbies will be trained more next time.

Popped up at 8:30-8:32 PM grill was shut down and all employees were in the back area out of view. First time I encountered this. I called other Jersey Mike’s in the area. The grills were still burning. Not sure what that was about. Will definitely avoid this shop if I’m getting off late. Google states you’re open till 9PM. I can understand shutting down the grill 8:45 PM but 8:30?? Come on. Decided not to order eat elsewhere.
