Nancy is a horrible, rude, insensitive and disrespectful manager. I have an allergy and she pretty much told me not to eat there and she would not accommodate my allergy or help me with ingredients. She needs to be fired or maybe even better have allergies so she knows what it feels like to struggle eating out. I’ll never return to this store!

Worse service ever... we waited more than 20 minutes to receive our order (4 burgers & 1 order of fries) with NO cars in drive-thru and ZERO customers dining in. When we finally received our order .. fries were cold and burger meat was raw. I returned to restaurant for full refund and clerk said she wasn’t allowed to call the manager on Sundays, therefore she couldn’t do anything about it. After insisting a refund be completed, clerk got her manager on phone and completed full refund. This was so disappointing as this is our go to Carl’s Jr. I’m posting this review in hopes they better their service. Until then, they’ve lost me as a customer.

How does the entire location shut down and go on break at the same time? They literally refused to take my order because "they were on break" the entire location couldn't figure out how to stagger breaks? The entire location couldn't be properly trained to break at different times? As a F&B manager myself, this is embarrassing. Not only does the staff need better training, so does the MOD.

Friendly service but high priced compared to similar fast food options. The beyond burger is very tasty though and as a meatless option I was very impressed with it. Their fried zucchini is always hot. They tend to way overdress their burgers though and unless you tell them condiments on the side you're not going to stay clean eating from here on the go. UPDATE JUNE 2022- This place has gone downhill pretty badly- quality, accuracy, and service wise. After the fifth visit in a row that the orders were incorrect or missing items (with nothing being done on the previous issues- missing fries, incorrect drinks, and other missing side items), we had enough and my mom stormed in to talk to a manager. When reporting it to the manager they offered my mom any combo she wanted on our next visit as free of charge due to all of the issues. When she took them up on the offer and ordered the primal burger combo a week or so later, they gave her a dried out, gross, regular thickburger with so much mayo it leaked into the bag. When she went in after discovering yet another error they pushed the blame back on her. We ended up just returning the dried out incorrect burger and decided enough is enough here. Stay away until they get their stuff together, and be very wary of ordering with door dash or other delivery service from this location.
