customer service was good there was no napkins or straws or any condiments where supposed to be and the soda from machines tasted very watered down i got coke that looked like more water then soda i ordered a guacamole bacon burger asked for chesse no onions there were onions and no chesse very disappointed dont think i will eat at any carls junior restaurant for a long time if ever

I just went threw the drive thru and the employees told me that the 24 hour drive through is closed, I then drive past the window and I see two employees in there, I’m wondering why they are closed 🧐 then I call the store and ask if the drive through is closed and they tell me that it’s open. I’m very disappointed I just wanted a chicken sandwich smh 🤦🏾♂️ 😔

Buyer beware jaun the person who took my order this past Sunday ran my credit card twice and the manager refuse to return my funds I contacted corporate so please check your credit card statements.

Spent almost 8 bucks on two bbq chicken sandwiches. Asked for pickles and some mayo. The guy told me there was only bbq sauce and cheese on the sandwich. Get home and they have lettuce , tomato, heavy mayo and no pickles..soggy ... And even had it on my receipt. I called but of course they have they phone set to fax. SMH!

Fabulous place to eat, very courteous staff. Food is always fresh. Love the variety on the menu. Carl's is my fast food go to. Never had a bad experience since they have been on willow and lb Blvd. thank you management team. I'll be back for my Angus 🍔

great customer service. many homeless people in the area but the place looked clean. bathroom needed a little cleaning.
