Who ever is at drive thru should get fired. I was here today 06/26/22 at 6:00pm The drive thru was empty is was EMPTY. Has I was ordering I noticed his voice was becoming irritated. The thing that made me just leave was the "UUUGGGHH" (annoyed) sound when I proceed to order more than 1 thing, like come on. It's your job to take customers orders. What did I do to annoyed you? Order more than 1 thing??? This is something that shouldn't be happening, if you don't like your job find another one, and stop treating people this way who have done nothing to make you feel that way!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I went with my best friend. She ordered her combo, then I asked for the Tacos, which CLEARLY started that they're 2 tacos for $1.99 and when I ordered them they charged me $2.38 for 2. Now, it's not about the money, it's the principle behind it. I went and asked the cashier who was also what seemed like the shift leader, as to why the difference in the price? She could not give me an explanation. She first said that it was one taco for $1.19 each and I told her that it did not say that on the menu. Then she tried to say that it was with the tax. So I asked her, am I getting taxed both up there and at the end? She again had no explanation for me. All she did was look at the menu and say, oh yeah it says different there. I told her so are you going to do something about it? She kind of shrugged and didn't say anything. There was another guy there who also looked like it could have been the manager, (they both had different colored shirts, different from the rest of the employees) and he heard the whole thing. He had an annoyed look on his face and completely ignored her and me when she looked at him for possible help. He went to the back instead and I can clearly see him, being on his phone so nonchalantly. Yeah, I'm NEVER going back to this place!

While their food is ok their service is pretty poor, with inaccurate orders, temperature issues, and freshness issues (more than once I've received lettuce so wilted and old it's dark brown in spots). Theres something up with the oil here that leaves my mouth feeling like I've eaten hot peppers. I don't know if it's a food allergy or an issue with their practices (though I haven't experienced this issue with fried items anywhere other than here). They're also usually higher priced on some items than most other burger king locations. The dining area is usually pretty clean though oftentimes you'll need to search a bit to find a clean table. ****update**** June 2019- tried to give this place another chance. This time I ordered some mozzarella cheese sticks. First bite was rubbery and tasted off. When I checked the stick I found the cheese was brown inside. Upon closer inspection I discovered white moldy spots on the breading of each cheese stick. It seems to be going downhill in quality. I didn't visit the interior this time so I am unsure if the complaints previously made were addressed or not, though if the food being served is this far down in quality I suspect checking inside to see if the interior was clean would have been wasted time. Save your stomach and your wallet, check out one of the many other fast food options across the street or just down the road a minute or two.

I went to the drive through at 10:30 pm Tuesday august the 3rd and besides the guys bad attitude I returned all my food it was so disgusting, mozzarella sticks were hard and my jalapeño cheese bites were hard and nasty too. Wish i seen the reviews before coming to this location! I got my refund but he kept my receipt I didn’t get his name. They need better personal and they need to do the food right. So disappointed.

They don't actually have free delivery, don't let them fool you. When you order through Google, it links to Door Dash, who can't process refunds because this place requires you talk to them directly. But you can't talk to them since the phone number they have listed is a magic jack line that says they are constantly unavailable. I have a large family and they forgot almost half our food. The mayo made the whopper soggy. They were extremely disappointing.
