😲 OMG,OMG OK SO I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AREA COULD BE A BIT BUSY. BUT THE MISTAKES THAT ARE MADE ARE JUST TOO FREQUENT AND ON THE DAILY, REGARDLESS OF WHO'S SUPERVISING THAT SHIFT THE AM OR PM BOTH ARE UN-ORGANIZED AND CONFUSED OF THE ORDERS COMING IN OR GOING OUT !, THE WAIT IS CRAZY LONG ! THE FRY'S COLD AND BURGERS ARE MADE WRONG! OH LORD HELP THEM!!
it's basically the hiring managers and the Corporate office and their district managers fault, by the way did I mention the place is filthy... If you like waiting in a parking spot after going through their drive-thru this is the place for you. Got sent to the "wait for your order" spots and proceeded to watch 5 to 6 other cars that got sent there after me get their food first. Our order was nothing complicated 2 chicken nugget meals. Took 15 additional minutes after parking for our meal to come out.

The workers there had the worst attitude. It felt like I was on some sort of hidden tv show. I’m never rude with people that handle my food. It’s not a smart thing to do—so this was really surprising to me. Their tone 100% said, “I hate my job.” Don’t take your anger out on me. I did nothing to you. My first time there. Definitely not coming back.

They messed up my friends' order, plus I got overcharged on my mobile order. I had placed a mobile order and paid for it before coming, and then my reward which was redeemed on the app was completely ignored and I was charged the difference for the reward. I will never come back to this McDonald's and I will discourage others from doing so

Same food as McDonald's always has except it's cold and overpriced. I am a huge Wendy's fan where the food is hot juicy and tasty. And their Chocolate Frosty's are awesome especially after you completely freeze them in your freezer. I don't know how McDonald's is still in business.

Terrible service. Waited just to have my order taken. My order took forever. Never have I ever waited this long at a McDonalds. When they called for my order, they forgot one drink. They just left the order on the counter and walked away. There is a wall where you can't see anyone. I had to raise my voice to call someone to get anyone of the workers' attention to get the 2nd drink. Not a good McDonalds. Bad Service

It's really crazy that McDonald's has become a place where rich people take their kids to eat. They're going to call me old because I'm going to say back in the day the food was much cheaper, but adjusted for inflation these days the food is overpriced. And although it's great comfort food, you know it's unhealthy, but that's your choice so they get no stars deducted from their score about that 😎😎
One of this places weak points is the drive-thru. Always always busy, cramped, can be a mess to navigate.
And it's absolutely sad to see 12 to 20 cars, all idling their engines at the same time, literally waiting for burgers.
READ THAT AGAIN.

McDonald's should ban drive-throughs, for the sake of the world. Is it really that bad parking your car and getting out.
Once again that's not McDonald's fault, except for the poor layout, that's the price they pay for being popular.
The food quality from this particular McDonald's is excellent. It has always represented itself well. crispy golden fries, well made burgers.
I have yet to receive anything from them that looks poorly put together.
They have an app you can use to get daily deals, and if you know how to mobile order it'll make your life a lot better than waiting and drive-thru.
Still their customer service is great, they try their best, it is located in a nice place in Long Beach.
Just try to avoid the drive-thru at all costs

This location is a disgrace to the McDonalds name. 100% of the time, my order is missing items. I thought it might be me or the time I went, so I did an experiment. I ordered from this location 10 days in a row. I kept a spreadsheet of my orders, ordered at various times, and varied the order, although I did not go over two value meals and made NO special requests. 10 out of 10 orders WRONG. I was missing either an entire fry, burger, or drink. Order 40 nuggets? Only get 20. Order a QP meal? No QP. I hate, hate HATE this location. The owner does not care. If the employees don't care about your order, I am SURE they are paying attention to everything else, like cleanliness, Covid precautions, and food prep, right?
