Took 20 minutes to get my order. They should have told me the wait for food would make me late for work. Staff needs a course in personality training!

Customer service here is horrible. It never fails everytime I go into this particular Starbucks it’s always the same thing. Overlook me, everyone else gets their order before me that order after me. EVERYTIME! The coffee is literally filled to the rim that it’s spilling out of the cup. I have to ask EVERYTIME not to fill up my cup to the top. I always say IM NEVER coming back to this one, but somehow I always do because it’s so close to my house. It’s pretty sad, to say the least.

I loved coming here I was a regular and really enjoyed the morning crew. But the new crew seems rude I wasn't greeted by baristas and I got my drink after a full conversation and a customer who ordered after me. I'll just go somewhere else from now on.

Unpleasant place with angry and rude employees. There’s plenty of other locations, so skip this one if you don’t want to get disappointed.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There were 4 employees working and about 5 customers, and it still took over 30 minutes to get a soy latte. Insane!!!!

Ordered my drink which was a caramel frappe by the order taker named Valerie attitude stunk not smiling cold ....I said did you need my name no but everybody else was asked their name I also did not receive a receipt ....Sat in the store for good 40 minutes observing everything everybody else has a friendly and happy attitude working here she keeps disappearing her attire was not appropriate try to dress up like a French barista out of place. Just plain sad ruins it with one bad employee and I don't think it was an off-day for her you can tell that she doesn't really want to work. I hope she is not a manager or assistant manager because you do have a bad employee here.
