I ordered for carry out $8.99 medium with two toppings. My pizza was ready in 15 mins. My pizza is fresh and hot when I pick it up. The staff is friendly. Plenty of parking.

So I’m usually not one to leave reviews, unless like most people, it’s something to complain about. I’m gonna change that and give credit where credit is due! I ordered a pizza from here and it was one of the best Pizza Hut pizzas I’ve had in quite some time! Super hot and ready on arrival, plentiful amount of toppings, and perfect amount of sauce! Thank you for an outstanding pie!

Always enjoy the over friendly service and staff, guaranteed to have your order ready on time, every time, and the food is almost always cooked with attention and care.... the one downside is the cost seems to be on the rise just like everything else so be sure to check for any possible coupons and/or specials unless you have it like that to spend.

I redeemed an offer and placed an online order for a free medium 1-topping pizza. A couple minutes later, I received a call from this location informing me that they were "out of mediums" but could check other locations.
When I signed back into my account, I found that the offer was gone, so I called the Rewards hotline to explain the situation. They advised that they were unable to reissue the offer, but it was the store's responsibility to prevent the order of an unavailable item, and should be able to take care of it.
Gina answered the phone at this location and was understanding of the mix-up. She issued $15 credit to my account, which could be used for any type of pizza. I was able to get a free large, stuffed crust, 3-topping pizza instead. Thanks, Gina!

Ordered a Pan pizza Meat Lovers from this location. Lots of toppings and plenty of flavor. But I found the pizza to be too greasy. As I lifted the pizza slice, my fingers were covered in oil. Wish there was less of that but it was still good.

One week ago, I ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks W/ MARINARA sauce (description on the order), to receive my order without marinara sauce. I called back immediately after the driver took off and stated my concerns, and was told by an associate that they would look into it and try to contact the driver. The associate first told me I had to purchase the marinara sauce separate, but then after I read the description of the order on my receipt (which states it comes with the sauce), they apologized and stated I should have received the sauce.
The associate stated they would “look into it” and try to contact the driver. With that being said, you figure you would get a call back to have someone deliver the sauce or ask the driver to see if it was forgotten by mistake. About 1 hour goes by without any form of contact.
I called back and asked what the situation was and the same associate I spoke to earlier was confused. Did they forget, or did they not take any action to begin with? I requested to speak to the manager about a refund, and was advised to call back between 8-5 and the manager could help me with my concerns.
Today I called back to speak to the manager because I worked every day leading up until now. I stated my situation, requested a refund, and was denied. The options were to get marinara sauce delivered to me now (1 week later) or get a 0.75 cent credit towards my next order. Those breadsticks went into the garbage that night without any marinara sauce. I said that neither of those options worked for me, and I would like my refund. The manager did not seem sympathetic, was short, and said that’s all she could do for me and could not offer a refund because “we don’t do that here”.
I think the lack of communication on the first day, and the lack of empathy or care of the situation that played out, was what frustrated me. If they had shown more acknowledgement of their mistake and tried, even a little, to rectify it, then I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Not a good experience. I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in over 5 years and now I remember why. Customer service needs a lot of work.

No sauce on pizza. Crust was raw in the middle. Delivery person acted in apporiariately.

Ordered In store, they said 15 min. Came back and they forgot my order so had to wait another 30 min to get it. The manager wasn't even in so, there was no solution. Sigh.
