Brisket American Grill

Got a 2 meat combo and a 3 meat combo . Order taker said he was discounting $17.00 For me and yet my Credit Card Was Charged $75.00 What ? Anyway Here Goes My Food Review Beef Rib Was Fantastic . Pork Ribs Needed I Believe Another Couple Of Hours Of Cooking. Sides Of Mac N' Cheese Was Good As Well As The Beans. Will I Go Back ? Up In The Air , Got To Think About It.

Guy who took my order seemed real cool! Got a 2 meat plate with pork ribs and brisket and A pound of brisket on the side. Ribs were awesome. Sides were really good. Only gripe is the brisket. It was actually tender and i think cooked very good but was cut the total wrong way when served to me and made it hard to eat. Should be cut across the grain not with. If they can fix that i can change this to a 5 star. Easily one of the best bbq spots around though!

Let me start off by saying that I’ve travelled all throughout the country trying some of the best BBQ food around so I’m real picky. Food was great but not as great as I’d expect for the price BUT the portions do make up for it. Two people could definitely share the pulled pork sandwich. If your goal is to support small business’s with a dream this is the spot!

Daniel’s Backyard BBQ had a pop up at LA Ale’s Works and they ran out of BBQ by the time I got there. The crew and Carlos were all super apologetic for running out of food and they invited me to their restaurant down in Long Beach. Even though I didn’t have any BBQ, they had amazing customer service and wanted to make sure I tasted their food one day. 5/5 stars.

This is a food truck. If you see this truck, there is really good barbecue inside. Inside. Although the location that is probably stated in this post says Santa Fe springs, California, I ordered in Huntington Beach off of Newman and Beach boulevard. The truck happened to be there and it smelled really good. It was around 9:00 p.m. when I got there on a weekday night. So they didn't have all of their meats. But dude stacked me with some delicious cheesy sausages and pulled pork. That was so good and tri-tip that was so so good. You can expect to pay a little bit for a high quality meat. Barbecue. It's worth it!
