Waited a long time in the drive thru for what I thought was a Mcchicken . Idk that the hell they gave me . But it’s hard and has a weird taste . They gave me an old pattie . Such a waste of time and money . Cannot stand this location at all 🙄.

Sunday morning perfect timing for a McDonald's coffee, so I went as I used to but this time there was a lady with bad attitude, she asked me to wait at the second window while the other customers were getting their food, me and my wife were sitting there approximately 15 minutes and after that, we decided to left.
I still have the receipt in my wallet, just in case McDonald's decides to return my money.
I want to make clear that this is my first bad experience at this location, they are a great crew.

Food temperature could have been a lot warmer, and customer service could have been a lot more personal.
It felt more like a DMV experience. We will not return, and recommend the owner has a few secret shoppers.

Lines was long, so I parked. My daughter and I went inside because we only wanted fries and a sundae. Took 25mins to get a large fries, another 10mins to get my refund because they tell me after I've waited 25 minutes, that their ice cream machine is down. What a waste of almost 40 mins.

Don't go during lunch. Waiting over 35 minutes. Have to go back to work soon still waiting for 2 plain cheeseburgers. So many people got their orders and ate and left. Still waiting.

If I could put negative stars on here I would. Have doordashed from here 3 times and every order was missing items. Unfortunately my daughter loves McDonalds so I went into the restaurant to order and they messed up the order again. Stay far away from this place.

I ordered a large fry and 10 piece chicken nuggets. After I got my food I went home to eat McDonalds that I HAVE BEEN CRAVING SINCE LAST WEEK. When i finished eating I had to vomit, I realised I got food poisoning. I don't know what they put on my nuggets or fries, but that poisoning made me feel HORRIBLE. Never coming to this McDonalds AGAIN. 😡

If I could give a place no stars, I would. This place doesn’t not care about the customers. There is a long line only to get cold food. The woman taking orders was distracted. After waiting so long, we got three sets of cold fries, three cold sandwiches, and no sauces at all. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning.
