7-eleven

I have gone to this 711 for along time and spent A LOT of money there. Usually, I see the cool guys in there, but today, whomever was working at 4 pm today was disrespectful. I shouldn't have to wait in line for over 10 minutes while at least 8 other customers get served just to get a carton of cigarettes because an employee is out smoking a cigarette. Won't go back because of this experience. This 711 lost a ton of funds from me!!!!

During my visit I just went for a drink of soda. I had my dog with me which is a little terrier puppy. As I walk towards the soda machine there was only one employee in the building. A young lady that looked to be in her 20s. She came around the corner to grab something but saw my puppy and got very scared. I apologized and quickly made my way to the counter to make my purchase and leave. In the middle of my transaction I went to pull out my money and another man came in, pass the only line, and went to the unattended register, where there was no employee. As I continue to pull out my money the employee left attending me and went to help the man who just walked in and passed everyone. I stood there with my cash in hand ready to pay her as she did the entire transaction of the man who just came in who was just wanting to buy cigarettes. When it came to finishing my transaction she barely looked at me and I received a very poor customer service. The only reason I go to the 7-Eleven is because it is close and convenient. This is make me re-think that.

I really enjoyed my experience at 7-Eleven this morning. The coffee tables are really clean, everything I needed was right at hand. The customer service this morning I received what some of the best I've ever had I will be coming to the 7-Eleven every morning from now on the cashiers made me laugh and feel better my day was going horrible from the start thank you 7-Eleven
