Jamba Juice

While I know Jamba is a chain business, I am from a small town in central Oregon where chain businesses still have a sense of that local hometown feel. I used to love going to Jamba with my mom and siblings, it was always a treat growing up, a treat I like to get myself as an adult while running errands or on my way home from work. However, this Jamba, and honestly every Jamba I've been to in southern California, has been a major disappointment. To a point where I feel that it has gone downhill. I usually get the plant based drinks because I have a dairy allergy, though I feel that the employees do not take this seriously, the last Jamba I had I was violently I'll (what usually happens after having dairy) and ended up having to throw most of my very expensive drink away. As well, the plant based drinks have a stringy inedible substance in them that are incredibly annoying, and I often find that my drink is never blended enough. Lastly, whenever I go into the location itself (which is usually this location) there is never a sense of urgency and there is always at least two employees not doing anything at all, even though there is usually a long line of people waiting for their drinks. I'm also often ignored when I come in and have to actually get the attention of an employee in order to ask about my online order.

Excellent customer service, quick, and tasty. Will say they have been some ordering issues in the past (ran out of large cups, no spinach, mangos,etc.)also having to always use your debit card instead of cash sometimes can be a pain if you only have cash. Very clean and friendly! Will continue to come even the hiccups!

December 21, 2021 Upon entry I notice the store music volume up really high. As I approached the counter I was properly greeted. I was asked how can I be helped. I began to order. I ask for a booster of pea protein which was out of stock. I asked about alternatives. The young man didnt have No clue about anything on the menu😅🤣 but he was cool about it. He kept asking me "what was that" "excuse me". I suggested he reduce the volume on the music which was not holiday music. He acted as he didn't hear me. So I go on to finish my order. I got few more "huh" before I suggested again about the music. By this time he must have felt the same thing i was feeling and asked his coworker to please turn down her volume. She turned down the music for a bit but as soon as I got my order and before I could exit she blasted HER music again. His attitude was chill but hers was like get out her store so she could bump her music in peace😂. Someone needs some supervision

Rude service from the moment we entered. I wasn’t sure what to get and cashier asked what I liked and punched in a drink for me without me approving or declining. Drink was made too quickly and tasted way too similarly to my girlfriend’s drink which makes me suspect they made us the same drink. Neither of them were good by the way.

Horrible customer service. Ordered on the app on saturday night, there carrot machine was not working and they didn't know how to refund me. So they said a Manger would call next day . No one calls me back. It's Monday now and no one has called me about my refund. I called them again today Monday, they put me hold and somehow it hangs up. Called right back and no one picks up. Tried calling 20 times and , nope they didn't want to deal with my refund. Not sure why this was a big deal. Terrible customer service. This shouldn't be a big deal.

This has to be the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been in. They haven't had large or medium cups in a month, there prices are higher then other shops ( the one near my house in Orange County is .50 to .75 cents cheaper ). The store isn't very clean and the customer service is non-existent. I have never seen staff move so slow. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location when I'm in the area.
