Fatburger

The first time I came here they overcooked the burget patty so much it was dry and burned. The second time I ordered 3 burgers but when I got home i noticed they made 2 instead of 3. Today I ordered 2 burgers with everything, when I get home I realize I got 2 burgers with only lettuce on it. I wish they would stop hiring high school kids and hire someone with experience. Never going back!

It's very hard to give a place a bad rating, but in this case it's not hard not to... We waited more than 30 minutes for our order to be done with one family in the restaurant and two couples there was no excuse for bad food and slow service. During our wait we noticed an Asian woman cleaning the grill with big chunks of something on the grill later we realized it was hamburger meat she was throwing away, burnt hamburger meat. The cook got a fresh piece of meat and smashed it down to flatten it out and flipped it over it kept on smashing it down, at that point the meat was overcooked and they hamburger had no life to it, drain from its juices. When I got my hamburger it didn't come with cheese and the hamburger was burnt and very dry it wasn't even a patty, it several pieces of ground meat stuck together. After dinner I told the cashier how bad the hamburger were and we were here about 5 years ago a few times and got their largest cheeseburger on their menu I made the wall twice I believe eating XXX Cheese Burger. 5 years ago their Cheese hamburger were Juicy, large, and it was very hot unlike this hamburger we had it was cold and very dry and burnt! I was told the Asian women was the new manager for about 5 years. The restaurant had 3 employees 1 female taking the orders, a male cook, and the manager which she prepped the hamburgers with all the dressings. How cheap can you be having only three people running the restaurant that's bad management, trying to save money and cutting corners, it gives all the other Fatburgers a bad name. We spent than $45.00 dollars for three hamburgers fries and a couple of drinks. We could have downgraded to McDonald's and got better food... I will have to go to another Fat Burgers or wait till they get a new manager near me. Sorry Fatburger you guys blew it!
