The worst location I've ever been to! I don't typically do these, but out of the few times we have been there our order has been wrong or missing items. By the time we get home it's no point to go back and get it fixed so we take the L. But today I'd just like to tell you that yalls employees are not good at their job in the slightest. The manager said they can't take but only one coupon per customer which is a lie be/c we eat once sometimes twice a month and we always have coupons when we go and then when we got our food I asked for 4 packs of mayo for my hubby and the manager said she is only allowed to give 2 packs per customer which is another lie be/c I get them for him everytime we go.

It was obvious they needed help and were training. At 1st we heard a young woman's voice, she quickly became frustrated as she was not getting the orders right so an older gentleman took over the mic and seemed to understand what she was unable to understand.We ordered and they never turned the microphone for the drive-thru off. After we ordered the girl could be heard saying "Jesus, help us!" Our orders were not special or complicated so I'm not sure why that was said as loudly as she said it. We drove up and got our food as quickly as expected from any other BK so I'm not sure why she was calling on her spiritual entity it help her make our simple orders. I hope this girl gets more comfortable in her job choice or it at least comes easier to her soon.
