Mcdonald's

Food was good just messed up the order as I had requested bacon and lettuce on the burgers paid 5 bucks for it but made it home to no bacon. I will ask today if I can get some free of charge. Went in and Brian helped me he gave me the burgers correct this time and threw in some fries. Made my day awesome to see this kindness in mcdonalds employees.

Usually this is my go to McDonald's in long beach, but after what i saw yesterday i will never be coming back to this location. I was going to order an apple fritter when it came to my attention there was a half eaten apple fritter that had been placed right next to a fresh(?) one in the glass display case. Complete disregard for sanitation, i took photos because i was so appalled.

This McDonald's by far has the worst drive thru service. The food takes an average of 15-20 mins to get through the drive thru. The fries are usually half full, and occasionally the food is cold. I wouldn't recommend, I would rather drive to a different McDonald's that's not around the corner from my home.

Upon receiving our food, we realized immediately we were missing 1 fry (with a meal), all sauces, and a 10 pc nugget. Although this is not a terrible inconvenience, the way we were treated upon politely requesting the missing food we PAID FOR (receipt was shown) was extremely rude, aggressive, and unwelcoming. It then became more about the customer service and attitude of manager Jose, rather than the food we were missing and refused. The manager Jose then proceeded to slam the window in our face and lock it. This is the last McDonalds I would choose again due to their unaccommodating nature.

Let’s start with the Big Mac, the bun was hard as a rock. It was sitting under the heat lamp for wayyy tooo looong. Who serves this to their customer?! I wasn’t able to eat it. Luckily the rest of the meal was good. The coke was nice and crisp. The fries were tasty. And the 2 cheeseburgers were good.
