Silver Lake Ramen

We got the Classic ramen and the Chicken Karaage bowl. With a creamy broth this is a sight change with the traditional ramen. The noodles, were a bit skinny and today on flavor reminding me of the noodles of to ramen. The chicken bowl was fried chicken done well, keeping it simple, it's not fancy, its not complex, it doesn't have allot of different things going on, just chicken and rice done well.

Picky Asian LOVES the taste here! I tried lots of Ramen places, but hands down for this place! RECOMMENDED! - Parking: Meter parking and valet parking with validation for $5 - Price: average $15-18/bowl. We got spicy and non-spicy tonkatsu ramen, and fried chicken here is a must (so yummy, fresh, and tasty; not too dry, not too soft, just right). Personally, the bowl was big, so I took it to go, and still good to eat at home! Def will be back! We came around noon, so it wasn't busy, no waiting. RSVP is needed and also waiting list with the kiosk in the front during peak time. Vax card and ID will be checked! Came back after a year and ordered Truffle & Cajun Ramen! Still on point 🔥

8/10. For starts we got the crispy chicken karaage and the gyoza fried 🥟. Both were really crispy. Definitely recommend the chicken over both. We got the garlic truffle ramen and the blaze (spicy) ramen 🍜. My bfs favorite thing about the garlic ramen was the thickness of the noodles, but liked the spicy broth better. We got chicken in both bowls and it was pretty good. I think there was some flavor profiles missing in both.
