I've been to Blue Palms many times over the years, and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and well-prepared, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including burgers, sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and more. I highly recommend the truffle burger, the lobster mac and cheese, and the fish and chips. The staff at Blue Palms is always friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure that you have a great experience, and they're always happy to answer any questions you have about the food or beer. We headed over to the Blue Palms brew house after our brothers graduation from CSUN. Being a party of 12 we expected a wait however they accommodated us very quickly and efficiently with lots of space for us. The service was incredible, we had multiple staff checking on us throughout the night to ensure we were pleased. Our waitress Sugar went absolutely above and beyond and really is what made our visit 5 stars, she was such a joy. The pizza & “brew burger” are amazing if you’re looking for suggestions 😉

As I meandered the streets, desperate for my overdue FedEx package, fate intervened in the form of a burger joint. And let me tell you, it was love at first bite. The truffle burger, sizzling in a pool of duck fat, was a juicy revelation. And those caramelized onions? Don't even get me started. They were like little flavor bombs, elevating the entire meal to new heights. And the onion rings? Crispy, golden, and oh-so-tasty. I washed it all down with a triple IPA, because when in Rome (or, you know, a random burger joint). All jokes aside, this place is a hidden gem and not to be missed.
