Went to brunch here with my friend to do a little catch up while I was visiting the area for work. I must say that the service was just tremendous and I really appreciated the energy of our waitress as well as her recommendations! The menu was definitely great because it has a little twist to it (specially for brunch) and the taste was just so good! I would say the atmosphere is cool, but it could be leveled up a little bit and incorporate the view of the water if possible.

Bacari PDR has been our cherished anniversary spot for half a decade now, a testament to the unforgettable moments we've shared within its welcoming walls. From our initial dates to our recent anniversaries, this restaurant has remained a constant in our lives. What truly sets Bacari PDR apart is the exceptional service and the warm, attentive staff. While parking might pose a minor challenge, the charming neighborhood offers ample street parking options, making it a small adventure in itself, complete with a leisurely walk to the restaurant. Our tradition here has always been to embark on a culinary journey, indulging in the delightful world of tapas. On this particular anniversary, we embraced this tradition with the same enthusiasm. The Grilled Pita, adorned with flavors that danced on our palates, was a delightful start. The Scallops, exquisitely prepared, followed suit, providing a seafood lover's dream. Of course, the star of the evening was the Petit Filet, cooked to perfection and paired with delectable sides that heightened the overall experience. But let's not forget the Mac & Cheese, a comforting and decadent delight that embodies the essence of comfort food. In a place where the menu is an enchanting tapestry of flavors and the service is consistently outstanding, it's impossible to make a wrong choice. Bacari PDR has not only been a restaurant but a part of our love story, and it never ceases to impress with its unforgettable dishes and impeccable service.

While staying nearby for a few days we were looking for an interesting place for dinner and our hotel concierge recommended Bacari. We looked at the menu and decided we definitely needed to go! I called prior to going to determine if I could drive and park nearby or if I should use ride share and the lady I spoke with told me I could drive because they have $10 valet, so I drove. To my astonishment, when we arrived there was no valet on weeknights – I was PISSED!!! I now had to find parking, which was non-existent, so I took a chance and parked in a nearby residential area hoping I wouldn’t get towed and fortunately, that worked out for me. All that aside…. The staff here was very helpful and friendly… Our server was decent, but not very attentive, he seemed to be gone for a bit, but there was another server, a tall black guy, who was AMAZING! He was attentive to our table, even though he wasn’t our server, we even placed an order for one of our courses with him. As for the food… Their menu is very interesting and somewhat unique… a nice mixture of culinary delights, seems to center around Mediterranean, which we love. We started with their Tuscan Kale Salad which was fresh and amazing! We also tried their pilpelchuma shrimp, charred broccoli, sea bass, and then their shawarma tacos and they were all outstanding! The pilpelchuma shrimp being our absolute fav!!! The flavors and spice level was interesting and so very good! The venue is acceptable… It’s a tent outside, in a parking lot or maybe a field next to the restaurant. Not that great of a décor though. But the food was pretty darn good!

Super cool atmosphere, some cute hight tables "outside" - it's like an enclosed patio, with open sides. Beautiful to enjoy the current weather, without being too exposed to wind or sun. Food is delicious, so were the cocktails, however the portions quite small for the price, including the pizzas. Great service, Erin and Daniela took great care of us.

Been meaning to enjoy a brunch here! My friend had a birthday brunch and this was the perfect spot. Our party of 8 made a reservation about a week in advance. Highly recommended as this place gets packed. Perched atop their parking lot that has been redone into a breezy bright brunch spot, you feel tucked away and high up at the same time. The walk down the hill after a few sangrias is another story! Their menu is phenomenal. Order 1 tapas plate to be shared by 2 or 3 people is what we found worked for us. Favorite item was their chicken wings. Each sauce served was a mind blowing addition to the bites. For $30 per person, you can have unlimited mimosas, sangria, and Bellinis for 90 minutes. Worth it if you want to have a fun time with friends. You can walk it off at the beach nearby before heading home 😄

Great! Great! Have not heard a single negative thing about this place BUT seating is kinda weird with some tables too tight or on a slope 🙃 The drinks are great ... the staff very friendly and helpful. The food....yummy!! Highly recommend - sea bass, oaxacan pasta, shawarma tacos and the chocolate lava cake 💪
