Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville

Our family went to universal and needed a celiac friendly restaurant. We were so pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff was really nice, our celiac member had no ill effects and the rest of us LOVED our meals. We have one family member that’s pretty picky about flavors and ingredients and even he talks about the chili from time to time.

Benjamin made mine and my family’s first visit the best! Amazing customer service and food! And such a great way to spend my birthday thank you! Benjamin will be the reason why we come back! Also the staff in the front were really nice too! 🫶🏻 answered my question very nicely.I highly recommend the tequila flight and the lemon pasta! So good!

One of the very best experiences at a restaurant in a long time. It started with the best service from Ben and Marina! They checked on us several times and ensured we had everything we needed. Really above and beyond! Not only that, but the food was amazingly fresh and tasty! The volume of noise was great, and we could talk at a normal volume without interruption. On all points, I’d definitely go back again whenever in the area!

I really enjoyed myself at this restaurant. It had a nice theme. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing!! We had the volcano nachos, and honestly, that's all we could have. The serving size was INSANE!! The pictures online DO NOT do it justice!!! I give this restaurant a 4.9 stars, ONLY because the Jamaican native in me was offended by one of the names of the dishes. What in God's name is a "Caribbean spiced roasted chicken"?????? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??!?!?!?!?!!!! There are so many different spices in all of the Caribbean!!! You can't just say something is "CARIBBEAN SPICED"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I had to take a 0.1 point away. BUT other than that, it was a really great place to eat. I LOVE the music and the atmosphere. And the hosts and waiters were great! Definitely recommend going there!! And try the volcano nachos!!!!!

Fully thought this was going to be an Applebees or Chilis experience from the ambiance when we walked in. Thank goodness that wasn’t the case. We had an awesome waitress, very attentive and knowledgeable. The wait to be seated was about 20mins on a weekday but it didn’t take too long for our food to be brought out after ordering. The drinks were spot on even though I didn’t order it directly from the menu. They have a handful of vegetarian options so it was perfect for the whole family.

This restaurant can easily be missed as it is toward the rear of the CityWalk backed by the parking structure. But don't let that stop you from seeking it out, it a gem! Clean, open environment with the familiar seaside resort theme associated with Margaritaville, ut has a merch shop at the restaurant. We showed up and were seated within 5 minutes. Our friendly waiter brought us drinks, made a few recommendations. We ordered the BBQ ribs and fried shrimp. Both cooked to perfection 🥰 The shrimp does not come with cocktail sauce but a delicious sauce that's not too spicy but will remind you of dynamite shrimp. The BBQ is served with fries and slaw, you will need a takeout box. We were there during the week and were told there was live entertainment on the adjacent stage on the weekends. We will be back!
