Robata Jinya - 3rd St.

When I visited Japan, I fell in love with Robata restaurants, and after trying and enjoying the Jinya Ramen bar (sister restaurant) in Atlanta, I had to try this restaurant. Well, what can I say? This restaurant was worth the visit. Everything was delicious, and I wanted to try much more on the menu, but I only can eat so much. You will need to make reservations because the seating area is small. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Mmmmmm. This place made me HAPPY. 😛😉😍 First off, shout out to the hostess that night for getting me and my friend seats 💺 on a busy evening. She is amazing and deserves a raise for the compassion and accommodation she puts in! Second off love the vibes here and it’s beautiful and intimate at the same time. 👏🏽 I sat outside but la streets aren’t a view, weather was nice though and they have heat lamps. 😌 I had a couple of grilled veggie options and kept it simple. Since I’m a vegan, I’d say there’s a pretty decent amount of things to have here. They also have WONDERFUL presentation. I ate a lot of my food and realized after I didn’t take pictures so I didn’t have many here. Lol😂 All in the menu was amazing! 🔥 Okay so wait tofu … HOMEMADE TOFU?! (See video) literally poured soy and made the tofu in front of my eyes 👀 I was so excited. Tee hee I promise you need to come and support Robata JINYA. You won’t regret it! I recently visited Robata Jinya for the first time and had an amazing experience! I sat at the sushi bar, I was thoroughly impressed with the high-quality food they serve during their gray happy hour. The prices are very reasonable, and although the service wasn't constantly checking in, I understand they were busy, and when they were present, they provided excellent assistance. I can't wait to return for another great dining experience. I recommend getting the beef tongue , brussels sprouts tempura, Penrose, and all of their yakitori!

Amazing food!!! Up there with the best food we had in LA. The service was fantastic. We went for brunch when they opened so it wasn't as busy as I expect it would be at night but was still quite a nice atmosphere. The only thing is there was building works going on next door which is out of their control so that put us off eating outside but I won't hold that against them. If you're in LA, it's definitely worth a visit.

Robata JINYA is my grandson, Chance's favorite restaurant. That's why we went there on his birthday. Robata JINYA is an interesting place. It's often crowded so I recommend you make a reservation ahead of time. If you arrive between 3PM and 6PM, you can order from the happy hour menu. In addition to reasonably priced drinks, there are very reasonably priced appetizers. I shared some of the small plates that were ordered by my family. The ones I tasted were excellent. My main course was Ramen noodles in a spicy broth with chicken. The chicken, itself, wasn't particularly exciting, but the broth and the noodles--outstanding. The food in Robota JINYA is delicious. That's why you need a reservation. I recommend Robata JINYA
