Their head chef, Urma made me some tri-tip burritos one day that were tender, flakey, and a spiritual experience in every bite. All the catered events I've had the pleasure of tasting, along with her mothers burritos, which are so succulent and tender with unique vegetable and sauce combinations it's impossible to recreate. First time here with friends. First customer service was outstanding, friendly and catered to my friends very picky request. Corn salad, chicken burrito, and asada burrito we all had, was delicious and ingredients you can tell were scratch made. If you're ever in the SF Valley, Tony's is a hidden gem.
