This is a really good all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant in downtown LA. When we sat at our spot, there were already sides at the table so if you're really hungry, you can already eat while browsing the menu. They're fast in bringing the food and the servers walk around to check if you need anything, unlike in other places where you have to wait a long time before someone sees you. The price is just right, the choices of meat is great and the servings are huge. We ordered 4 kinds of meat once and got so full in the first serving alone.I'd eat here again!

The wait time was short, not too busy. Wait staff was not very attentive and didn’t introduce the menu. Staff didn’t check in with us and was late with our soft drinks and follow up orders. When we were ready to leave, the grill was left on and we turned it off. If we had not turned off the grill ourselves, it would have been on for 15 min. We never received our check from our server and had to go to the front to pay our bill. The food was good but not worth the hassle.

Peter was the server. The waiters seem to ignore our family when we tried to request anything FYI, when you visit this restaurant you need to make sure they cut the fire up on the pit to make sure your food cooks quickly. If not, the food will cook slow and there will be not need to order all you can eat if your only going to get one round of meat. Customer service was not attentive and very poor, my family and I didn’t feel valued. We were visiting from out of town and it seemed as if he had a horrible experience with people not paying for children.That experience had not thing to do with us. Children prices are not determined by age, they are determined by height. My daughter fell asleep at the table while we waited for our food to cook. At night , the online menu is not applicable. It’s 40 per person or 50 per person regardless of age.

Moodaepo is a restaurant I have been to many times. Which is interesting considering that I don't eat meat. However, they have amazing sides and options for people like me, such as mushrooms, tofu soup, etc. My friend who was with me is Gluten Free and they had options for her as well such as the garlic chicken & few others mentioned to us that I cannot recall but not ordered because we had no more space to eat! One thing I always get if it is available is the watermelon soju (pictured). I'm obsessed with their japchae and kimchi - some of the best I've ever had. Even though Korean BBQ is a meat-eaters delight, there's something for everyone here which is why I come back and enjoy myself just as much as everyone!

I've been there about 5 times now, the food is great, the scenery is great but this time I went for my wife's birthday and did not feel like the service was all there like how it used to be. There is many places to eat Korean BBQ in the area but we chose this one because its a nicer looking more appealing place than some of the others around but I was not happy with the service this time around. One of the people I was with said she knew a place close by that was $10 cheaper per person and great service. Might not be going back next time we choose to do Korean BBQ. There is many places close by and maybe try a new place next time.
