Danielle's Wood Fired Pizza

I so wanted this pizza to be all that the other reviewers proclaimed. It isn't. Primary flavor: salt. Crust - very evenly flat and thin - seemed pre-fab, though not the worst version of pre-fab. Kind of a smidge of flavor from the crust...maybe...?...or not.. no sadly, not. The cheese is over baked, brown actually, and absolutely not one bit chewy or stringy or delicious, just rubbery... Overall not a hint of the depth of flavor or savory richness expected of a pizza baked in a wood fired oven. Sadly, it's pretty much another ordinary and disappointing American pizza.

We are business neighbors to this amazing pizza restaurant. Anytime we have a work party, we order from Danielle's. They have the best pizza in the world, my coworkers and I all agree. I brought pizza home to my kids, now they want me to bring home Danielle's all of the time. They also have sandwiches and salads. The owners are lovely people, who take great pride in the food they create. I really have never tasted anything as good as Danielle's Pizza.
