The food here was amazing. I had the vegetable risotto with grilled shrimp and it was one of the best risotto dishes I have ever had. The service was professional and out waiter helped us pick dishes that we liked since this was our first time here. The atmosphere is lovely and parking was not s problem. Just make sure to make a reservation through Open Table like we did. Overall a wonderful experience and we can't wait to dine here again!

Porcinis is an extraordinary culinary gem that defies expectations. The restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience. The delectable cuisine astounds the taste buds with every dish, making it a must-visit for food aficionados. The elegant ambience adds a touch of sophistication to the overall dining affair, complementing the delightful flavors perfectly. Moreover, the knowledgeable and friendly staff contribute to the warmth and charm of the place, ensuring a memorable and delightful visit.

After living here a couple years I finally got to check out Porcini’s and man am I kicking myself that I didn’t do it sooner. First off it’s right off Frankfort Ave, one of the best areas around Louisville I feel; where everything from the small shops to the greenery just make it feel and look so much better than a lot of the more urbanized area. And obviously the food and service inside match everything I was led to believe and more. the server we had was very attentive and fun to talk too; making it feel less than his job, and more of something they truly enjoyed doing. And clearly this same feeling was shared with the BOH because everything that came out tasted amazing. I certainly won’t be waiting this long again before going back my second time.

Amanda H. Was our sever for our anniversary dinner. I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Not only was she personable but also enthusiastic about the menu selection which influenced what we got and it was fantastic! We really enjoyed having her be apart of our celebration. The lamb chops, surf and turf and mussels were some of the best we’ve ever had. Complements to the chef. I would highly recommend if you have her as a server be open to her suggestion's she’s a foodie with an appreciation for what the chef does well.
