Sadly we didn't have the excellent customer service the restaurant was known for. We were rushed thru without even getting a chance to think and so one of the kids was very disappointed. The flavor of the chocolate ice cream is outstanding along with the double chocolate chip and the vanilla bean but the strawberry left a lot to be desired....it didn't taste like anything except iced sugar.

The place is always filled - and for a good reason! Very good assortment of flavors and even the cones are so delicious. The staff are very nice and attentive. A definite summer stop especially if you enjoy some time at the Beckley creek park.

I'm from the Cincinnati area, and I've been a regular customer of this home time favorite. Driving home from Louisville and happened upon those location and of course had to visit. My wife's first time and she, we weren't disappointed. The store was bright, cheery, the staff was exceptional and their customer SERVICE was outstanding and REAL down home courteous. Of course the ice cream was the normal OUT OF THIS WORLD BEST STUFF IN THE UNIVERSE ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just had the “seasonal” Apple Cinnamon Sundae and it was amazing!! This Greater’s is always a sure thing. Their ice cream is delicious and their staff is terrific too.
